Q: What is the status of my order? 

Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed within 3-4 business days. 

Q: How do i know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

We provide free shipping for all orders over $80 USD.

Q: Do you ship internationally and to PO boxes?

Yes, we ship worldwide and to PO boxes as well. 

How long does international shipping take ?

International shipping can take anywhere from 6-10 business days depending on the destination country.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay for all orders.

Q: Can I return or exchange my collection piece?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can make a return within 14 days of receiving your package. Sale items and earrings are not eligible for refund. For more information, please reach out to us via the contact form.
